Review: Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask EX (Green Tea)

Review: Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask EX (Green Tea)

This water-based face mask is enriched with fresh moisture from delicately fragrant green tea. It helps to keep dry skin moisturized. I’m now sharing my straightforward thoughts on this sheet mask after using it twice this week.

OTHER FEATURES

  1. 100% cellulose & perfect skin-fitting sheet
  2. Filled with Jeju green complex (green tea, tangerine, cactus, camellia leaves & orchid) and squeezed green tea.
  3. Provides the skin with a hydrating and soothing effect.
  4. Made in Korea

    HOW TO USE
    1. After cleansing, use toner to refine skin texture.
    2. Unfold and place the mask on the face, avoiding eye and lip area.
    3. Leave on for 10-20 minutes.
    4. Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining content for better absorption.

PROS

  1. Easy to apply and remove.
  2. Has a pleasant scent.
  3. Truly moisturizing, hydrating, and soothing.
  4. My skin doesn’t feel sticky once it’s completely absorbed.
  5. Doesn’t give me pimples.
  6. Alcohol and paraben free

CONS

  1. Takes time to dry out.
  2. It drips while unfolding.

If you have dehydrated skin, this is perfect for you. I don’t think it’s good if you have oily skin. You might find it tacky.

Review: Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask EX (Aloe)

Review: Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask EX (Aloe)

This essence-type face mask is enriched with moisture-rich aloe that helps to relieve tired skin. That’s why I decided to try this one as I felt like I had a long day last Sunday. I figured my skin could use some more boost. After two consecutive nights of use, I’m now sharing my honest to goodness review on it.

FEATURES

  1. Contains Jeju green complex (green tea, tangerine, cactus, camellia leaves & orchid) and squeezed aloe which provide fatigued skin with a hydrating and soothing effect.
  2. 100% natural sheet made of cellulose of eucalyptus tree
  3. Made in Korea

    HOW TO USE
    1. After cleansing, use toner to refine skin texture.
    2. Unfold and place the mask on the face, avoiding eye and lip area.
    3. Leave on for 10-20 minutes.
    4. Discard the mask and gently pat for further absorption.

PROS

  1. It has a pleasant scent that doesn’t linger.
  2. Easy to apply and remove.
  3. It’s not sticky even if I leave it on for more than 20 minutes.
  4. Truly refreshing, light, hydrating, and soothing.
  5. Doesn’t cause pimples.

CONS

  1. Not quick to dry.
  2. Contains alcohol so I won’t use it very often as I still have some redness on my cheeks. Too much alcohol isn’t good for my sensitive skin.

I’d recommend this to those who have dehydrated skin. Just a tip, pop this in the fridge for about an hour before application and your skin will enjoy an instant de-puffing and some extra soothing effect. Try this tip with your other masks as well.

Have you tried this sheet mask variant? I would love to hear your experience!

Review: Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask EX (Bamboo)

Review: Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask EX (Bamboo)

I’ve never used any skincare products with bamboo before. I didn’t think much of this sheet mask although I was curious about it. After trying it out twice, my straightforward review is now here to help you decide whether to try it or not.

FEATURES

  1. A water type mask that’s enriched with the abundant moisture of vitalizing bamboo.
  2. Filled with Jeju green complex (green tea, tangerine, cactus, camellia leaves & orchid) and bamboo to fully moisturise the skin.
  3. This thin sheet mask is made of eucalyptus, with improved adherence on skin, effectively delivers essence into skin.

PROS

  1. Effectively adheres on my face.
  2. Convenient to apply and remove.
  3. It has a distinct scent that’s not irritating.
  4. Gentle on my acne-prone skin.
  5. Super moisturizing and hydrating but not so sticky.

CONS

  1. Takes time to dry out.
  2. Apart from being a good moisturizer, this sheet mask doesn’t do much.

I think there’s not much of a special reason for me to buy this again. I’m just glad that it didn’t cause breakouts when I used it. Have you tried this? How was it?
